My typical day When you are a ‘can do’ business, literally anything could be going on. In general, we spend our days working with luxury global brands, which is a dream.
I'm a Blackjack person because... I say we, not me. Blackjack is built on great people, who do great things, and who respect and support each other. Its Teamwork.
My favourite Blackjack moment The London 2012 Olympics was amazing, working with no less than 3 global brands across the village. I still have my security pass, which I look very young in.
When I’m not at work I like to... I am a self-confessed shopaholic. I wish I had more hobbies, but my children keep me busy.

My typical day Every day is different. From training team members and coordinating onsite campaigns to receiving new project briefs, my role gets me involved with so many aspects of the business.
I'm a Blackjack person because... I believe everyone has different strengths and given the right platform, space and support to grow, every single team member can be successful!
My favourite Blackjack moment It's hard to pick one moment as there are so many over the years. I work with incredible team members in head office and out in the field – come on it’s been 10 years!
When I’m not at work I like to... I’m a social butterfly – you’ll either find me enjoying a few pints with friends or enjoying outdoor spaces. I love running and looking after my own mental and physical health.

My favourite Blackjack moment The Tax Free Exhibition in Cannes 2018 – a celebration of teamwork and shared success with wonderful colleagues. “No Troll left behind!”
When I’m not at work I like to... Do not a lot, which is virtually impossible playing mum to hormonal twin girls - but family is my everything.

My favourite Blackjack moment Wow, there have been so many, but it’s got to be leading our biggest team in Heathrow Terminal 5 – I’ve been able to watch the team dynamics evolve and grow which has been a privilege.
When I’m not at work I like to... Spending time with my family and friends, watching movies playing all sports. I have recently taken up golf which is frustrating and rewarding in equal measures.

My favourite Blackjack moment Winning the ABM 110% Award - it was a fantastic event and something that I'm reminded of every time I look at the pin on my lanyard.

My favourite Blackjack moment There are so many. I love it when we get to help others, such as supporting The ONE Foundation charity by driving sales of their product on World Water Day.
When I’m not at work I like to... Cook, play cricket, and spend time with my wife and daughters.

My favourite Blackjack moment Getting asked to source and manage a Scottish performer in a kilt, with tattoos and a styled beard for a specialised Whisky event – of course, we delivered and the event was incredible!
When I’m not at work I like to... Catch up with family and friends and I just love to go hill walking on the lovely Munro’s in Scotland.

My favourite Blackjack moment Receiving a call just before I boarded a cruise ship with the news that after an initial trial the Operations Manager job was mine, I was buzzing the whole holiday!
When I’m not at work I like to... Cruise the seven seas with my other half, spend time with family and friends, create craft products like floral displays, door wreaths, nappy cakes and of course drink lots of wine.

My favourite Blackjack moment Travelling. I have visited some awesome destinations and been so lucky to meet such wonderful people – Singapore, Muscat and Amsterdam really stand out.
When I’m not at work I like to... Step out and enjoy the outdoors. Walking the dog with my husband always makes me smile and reminds me that the simple things in life often matter the most.

I've been with Blackjack since …the pubs reopened after lockdown!
My typical day My time is spent coordinating with the team on our live projects to make sure they’re all going as planned, developing new experiential products and solutions, and pitching to new clients and partners. As the world emerges from its 2020 hibernation I hope to help establish Blackjack as a creative, logistics and people partner that helps our clients thrive in this new world.
I'm a Blackjack person because... I believe that great teams can accomplish anything. I like to get stuck into every brief or client challenge that I have the opportunity to work on, and I love being part of teams that put their heart and soul into delivering for their colleagues and customers.
My favourite Blackjack moment I still get a child-like buzz from seeing planes take off outside our HQ! Other than that, having been a partner of Blackjack’s for many years I feel proud of the many awards we’ve won for our clients.
When I’m not at work I like to... Be a parent to two brilliant boys, play golf not very well, help run our local tennis club, and read about how all our brains work (I’m still none-the-wiser…)

My typical day There is never a day where I don’t create visual impact which I absolutely love. We work as a team, bring new ideas to every concept and I can often be found in the office late when my creativity seems to be at it’s best!

My favourite Blackjack moment It’s hard to pick just one but seeing any project go live is the most rewarding feeling; knowing we have delivered beyond our clients expectations.

My favourite Blackjack moment So many…but it would have to be from my first year with Blackjack and the team event we held at the end of the year. It was a celebration of what we had achieved together and the sense of pride was so real.
When I’m not at work I like to... Catch up with friends and family, I usually get roped into cooking or baking something!

My favourite Blackjack moment Spending time coaching a team member on her confidence and how to use her skills to maximise sales targets. Seeing her improve and receiving feedback from the client was so rewarding.

My favourite Blackjack moment The day I saw Chris de Burgh in the departure lounge, and I happened to be wearing red. He came to me for a photo op! I’m not sure who laughed more.
When I’m not at work I like to... Do yoga every morning, read in the evening and dance like there’s nobody watching.

My typical day We have a wide variety of clients storing anything from perfume to PPE and no two days are ever the same. Our facility is such a great space to work and we regularly see clients and staff who come to use our training rooms.

My favourite Blackjack moment Moving into our new state of the art facility which gave us the opportunity to grow the operation. I was also promoted to Operations Manger which was a proud moment in my career.
